The Hotel del Mar is one of the largest and most established
hotels in the City of Campeche. It is not a luxury hotel but it is quite
good for a holiday in Campeche. This hotel offers a variety of
accommodations but we do recommend that you stay in the Executive floor. The
rates are very attractive and the rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast
is served in the dining room on the same floor and there is Internet access
for guests of the Executive floor. Indulge and stay in a junior suite. You
will be surprised at the rates
The Hotel del Mar has a large swimming pool for your
enjoyment and a gym to stay in shape while you're on Holiday. There is a
restaurant (La Terazza), a bistro and a cafeteria on the premises. The hotel
is on the waterfront across from the embankment and a few minutes walk from
the historic downtown district.
Rooms have air conditioning, telephone, cable TV and other
amenities.
For all your expenses in Campeche we suggest
you use American currency. Unfortunately our looney is not traded much in
Mexico so the exchange rate is not great. Better to purchase American
dollars, travellers cheques or use your credit card.
